I tried to see if the disk was backwards, but there's literally no possible way (without extended studs) that the disk could go in backwards. The pressure plate wouldn't have even come close to bolting into place with the disk backwards. I pulled out the pressure plate, and I noticed there were 3 clips on the side, apparently to hold it to the flywheel or something. 2 had broken and twisted and were sticking into the edge of the clutch disk. The clips weren't reparable, so I just used another pressure plate and everything works great now. Thanks for your suggestions!
